Good Morning, Students and Parents!
I am so thrilled to announce our winner for last week: 4th grader Jolene! Her artwork is pictured above; she spent a lot of time arranging this installation piece based on her love of flowers, fairies, and beauty. It is gorgeous! Congratulations, Jolene! This week, our optional art assignment is to choose one or more activities from the Art Choice board (pictured below). Or, you can work on art independently if you have better ideas! If you didn't have time to make edible art, insect art, nature art, or photography you can still do a piece and email me! Send a photo of yourself with your art to annanichols@hcachristian.org before the end of the day on Friday, May 8th. I will choose one more winner for this last competition, and will make that announcement on Monday, May 11th. There will be one more cash prize of $5.00 mailed to the student who sends the most interesting, creative, complex, and well-crafted art piece!
